30-Day Shred Package Includes:
· Initial call - assessment/orientation
· 8 customized workouts based on your fitness goals and the fitness equipment you have access to. (2 per week)
· Videos and descriptions of all exercises assigned to you for your personalized program
· Nutrition Assessment/Meal Guide
· Weekly check-ins to review your training/nutrition program and progress with feedback (this can be via Zoom, Facetime, or phone call)
Once the payment is processed, you'll be able to download the meal guide. I will contact you to set up our initial call. During the assessment, I'll gather as much information as I can from you to develop your personalized fitness plan.
